These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VirtualWare AI virtual try-on service at virtualwares.org (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

VirtualWare lets you upload a photo and preview how garments may look on you using AI. Results are computer-generated visualisations and are provided for illustration only — they are not a guarantee of exact fit, colour, or appearance.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate information and only upload images you have the right to use.

3. Coins & how they work

• The Service uses coins as credits. Each AI try-on consumes a set number of coins, shown before you generate a result.
• Coins have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Coins are tied to your account and are valid while your account remains active.

4. Prices, payments & fees

• Coin prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing, you also agree to their terms.
• Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges that are outside our control.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images of other people without their consent, or any unlawful, infringing, or explicit content.
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Resell or misuse coins or results in breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without refund.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those images solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate and display your try-on results). See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by VirtualWare and protected by law. You may not copy or use it except as allowed by these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI-generated results are approximations and may contain inaccuracies. We do not warrant that results will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purchase decision.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtualWare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law. Unused coins are forfeited on termination for breach.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
